‍The Role
‍As VP of Operations, you’ll report directly to the CEO and join a high-calibre, forward-thinking executive leadership team focused on scaling Timescapes’ global growth.You’ll lead across service delivery, finance, and supply-chain operations, ensuring the operational foundation is built to support the company’s ambitious plans.This is a rare greenfield opportunity to design and build the next phase of Timescapes’ operating model. You’ll have the freedom to apply your expertise, implement new systems and processes, and shape how the business scales globally.

‍Key responsibilities include:‍

• Leading and scaling global service-delivery, supply-chain, and finance operations to support international growth.
• Building and optimising processes, systems, and tools that enhance productivity, visibility, and performance
• Partnering with the CEO and ELT to translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans.
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all business functions.
• Ensuring operational readiness and scalability as Timescapes expands into new markets and product lines.
• Overseeing the implementation of technology platforms that enable smarter, data-driven decision-making.
• Managing financial oversight and commercial performance, ensuring budgets and resources align with growth goals.
• Leading risk management, compliance, and governance processes that support sustainable scaling.
