We’re now looking for an Operations & Field Service Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end physical experience - from supply chain and hardware lifecycle through to field deployment and customer onboarding.

Timescapes customers are construction and infrastructure teams operating in high-pressure, real-world environments. They rely on Timescapes cameras to deliver visibility, accountability, and confidence across complex projects.

Your role exists to make their experience effortless — even as we scale globally.

What this role is about

This is a hands-on, commercially minded operations leadership role with real breadth and influence.You’ll own the full operational journey of our hardware and field services, including:

  • Supply chain & hardware lifecycle: Procurement, third-party manufacturing partners,  assembly, inventory management, refurbishment, and redeployment.

  • Field service delivery: Leading and scaling field service teams responsible for deployment, installation support, and first-touch customer experience.

  • Customer-centric operations: Getting close to teams and customers to understand the on-site reality and continuously improve how we deliver.

  • Sales & demand alignment: Working closely with Sales on forecasting, pipeline visibility, demand planning, and delivery commitments.

  • Product feedback loop: Translating field and customer insights into meaningful input for Product and Engineering.

  • Global scale: Partnering with the leadership team to shape how Timescapes enters and operates in new markets.

This role is about building systems that scale without losing the human, high-touch service that differentiates Timescapes.

What experience you bring

You don’t need to come from construction specifically, but you do need to love complex, real-world operations.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Senior operations experience across supply chain, logistics, or hardware-enabled services

  • Proven ability to scale teams, systems, and processes in a growing business

  • Deep understanding of demand planning, inventory optimisation, and operational forecasting

  • Strong cross-functional instincts — particularly partnering with Sales and Product

  • A customer-first mindset: you view every operational decision through the lens of customer impact

  • A practical, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style — close to the work, close to the people

Experience in HaaS, IoT, equipment leasing, or field-based service environments will be highly regarded.
