Our client

We’re a long-established global SaaS business, recently acquired by a venture capital fund and entering an exciting new growth chapter. Our platform supports some of the world’s largest enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, to manage and deliver complex technical content with clarity and impact. With 80% of our customer base in the UK and the US, and a new team being built here in New Zealand, we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to shape the next stage of our journey.

Based in Rosedale, North Shore - Hybrid role.


The role

This is a broad and pivotal role; you’ll be the first marketing hire in NZ, building content, campaigns, and programs from the ground up. Working closely with our CEO & Sales, you’ll combine storytelling and technical clarity to create demand, strengthen our brand, and deliver a qualified sales pipeline.What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and own the content and marketing strategy across multiple channels (web, social, email, events).
  • Create compelling thought leadership, product explainers, and case studies that connect with enterprise audiences.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns that fuel our sales pipeline.
  • Manage our brand presence at conferences and industry events.
  • Build measurement frameworks to track and improve ROI.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing (ideally in SaaS, IT, or enterprise software).
  • Strong writing and copywriting skills
  • Experience designing and executing lead generation campaigns.
  • Comfort working in a scaling environment where you’ll roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to measure what matters.
