We’re looking for a talented and driven Creative Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand’s visual presence across all our channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.It’s the chance to work on a brand that looks good, feels good, and does good.



The role:

You’ll work alongside the CEO (brand strategy owner) and collaborate with agencies, internal teams, and partners to produce innovative, on-brand creative that inspires customers. From social content to in-store displays, packaging toproduct launches, you’ll ensure every asset tells our story beautifully, consistently, and effectively.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead creative & design for all marketing collateral: social/digital, in-store POS, packaging, event materials, and more.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, agencies, and internal teams from early concept through to production.
  • Create & curate imagery, photography, and video that showcase our products and brand stories.
  • Own the brand library keep assets organised, accessible, and ready for use across the business.
  • Produce campaign assets for digital, social, trade, retail, and e-commerce.
  • Design event & trade materials to make every launch and activation stand out.
  • Manage timelines & processes to deliver high-quality creative on schedule.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a creative, design, or marketing production role.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus).
  • Proven ability to take projects from concept to completion across print and digital.
  • An eye for photography, layout, and typography.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer brand marketing.
  • Organised, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

You will need to have:

  • Experience with FMCG/consumer brands across multiple channels.
  • Knowledge of trade marketing & retail creative requirements.
  • Video editing skills.
  • Start-up or high-growth brand experience.
