The role:

Commercial Manager (National Sales) is a newly created role that will take full ownership of the commercial growth strategy for the B2B & Industrial division.

We’re not just looking for someone to manage existing relationships. We’re looking for someone who sees potential where others see status quo.You’ll work closely with the CEO and divisional leadership to:

  • Identify new revenue and product opportunities within key accounts
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships across retail and B2B channels
  • Manage, coach, and develop your team.
  • Lead complex negotiations and commercial contracts
  • Influence product development and go-to-market strategy
  • Build a scalable foundation for sustainable growth

The experience you'll add to the team:

  • A strong track record in B2B commercial leadership, strategic sales, or category growth; preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or retail.
  • Confidence leading commercial conversations with major retailers
  • An eye for win–win value and storytelling that influences.
  • Commercial curiosity, strategic thinking, and a bias for action.
  • Enough operational acumen to connect the dots across sales, marketing, supply chain, and product.
