Operating across ANZ, the UK, and the US, EverWell is entering its next phase of growth — evolving from a highly successful, relationship-led and brand-driven business into a more globally scaled, strategically aligned, and operationally mature commercial organisation.
As SVP Sales & Marketing, you will lead EverWell’s global go-to-market strategy across Timely and SalonBiz, shaping customer acquisition, commercial growth, market expansion, and organisational alignment across multiple regions, brands, and teams.
This is a role for a commercially sharp, highly collaborative, and emotionally intelligent executive who can bring greater clarity, prioritisation, and operational discipline while preserving the culture, energy, and trust that already exists within the business.

Over the next 12–24 months, key priorities include:
- Scaling US growth and establishing stronger GTM clarity across regions
- Improving acquisition efficiency, CAC performance, and conversion outcomes
- Diversifying growth channels beyond brand-led inbound acquisition
- Strengthening alignment across Product, GTM, Customer, RevOps, and Commercial teams
- Bringing greater prioritisation, accountability, and operational rigor across Sales & Marketing
- Helping evolve the business toward a more mature high-performance operating environment while preserving EverWell’s collaborative and people-led culture
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, leadership, and operational execution.
What you’ll bring
You’ll likely bring:
- Senior executive experience leading Sales & Marketing or broader commercial functions within SaaS or technology businesses
- Experience building and scaling GTM strategy across multiple regions or markets
- Strong commercial and operational leadership capability
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and prioritisation
- Experience improving acquisition efficiency, scalable growth, and commercial performance
- Confidence operating within matrixed or globally distributed organisations
- High emotional intelligence and strong executive communication skills
- Experience partnering cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Customer, RevOps, and Commercial teams
- A leadership style that combines accountability and rigor with trust, empathy, and collaboration
Experience within vertical SaaS, subscription businesses, SMB software, beauty/wellness, or US market expansion would be highly valued.
